Job Description:

The Production Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the production of our live sports broadcasts. This includes setting up and operating broadcast equipment, filming games, and assisting with post-production tasks such as video editing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate broadcast equipment for live sports events.
• Film games, ensuring high-quality footage that captures the action and atmosphere.
• Assist with post-production tasks, including video editing.
• Learn to create original sports video content, under the guidance of our experienced team.
• Maintain and manage equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and ready for use at all times.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth and successful broadcasts.

Qualifications:

• Current college student or recent graduate with a major in Film, Broadcasting, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of broadcast equipment and operations.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills, particularly in video editing and content creation.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable method of transportation.
