FAQ
Common questions
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 days once we have your clips and info. Expedited options are available on request.
Can I send clips from multiple games?
Yes. Label the plays clearly and we’ll order them to show variety and your top skills first.
I have a mix of links and clips on my phone. Can we use those?
Yes. Send any combination of file uploads, YouTube or Hudl links, Google Drive or Dropbox shares, and phone clips. We organize everything and edit it into one reel.
There's a song I really like on Apple Music or Spotify. Can we use it?
Short answer: we can’t include commercially released songs, because those tracks need sync and master-use licenses that a personal streaming subscription doesn’t cover. Unlicensed music can get the video muted or blocked on YouTube, Instagram, and Hudl.
What we do instead: we use properly licensed, royalty-free tracks picked to fit the athlete’s energy and tone. If you have a reference song, we’ll find something close.
And: every reel also comes with a second copy without music, at no charge, so you can add your own track privately.
What if I don't like the first cut?
Revisions are included with every package. You comment on a proof and we keep working until you sign off.
How do coaches receive the video?
You get a downloadable HD file and a shareable link that works for YouTube, Hudl, email, and team portals.
